YourCruiseTA.com is owned by Vacation Planners of Connecticut LLC dba Cruise Planners and is operated by Matt & John Gillespie Santa and Ruby Stine, independent travel advisors and franchisees with Cruise Planners, a registered trademark of CP Franchising, LLC. We collect information you give us directly -- for example, your name, email address, phone number, and travel preferences when you contact us, request a quote, sign up for our emails, or book travel through us.

We also collect basic technical information automatically when you visit this site, such as your browser type, device type, and general usage patterns (which pages you view, how long you stay), the same way most websites do.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to your inquiries, prepare quotes, process and manage your bookings, and provide customer service before, during, and after your trip.

With your permission, we also use your contact information to send you travel deals, destination ideas, and other marketing communications we think you'll find relevant.

4. How We Share Your Information

To book your travel, we share the necessary details (your name, travel dates, and similar booking information) with the cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel suppliers involved in your trip, and with Cruise Planners' own booking and support systems.

  1. The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers, promotional offers or discounts, any promotion of our products/services.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly using the contact form at the bottom of this page.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
